1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Little Lake Lending website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Little Lake Lending is owned and operated by the Big Valley Band of Pomo Indians of the Big Valley Rancheria, a federally recognized sovereign American Indian tribe.

2. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident
  • Have a valid Social Security Number
  • Have a regular source of income
  • Have an active checking account
  • Provide accurate and complete information

3. Loan Terms

Loan Amounts

Little Lake Lending offers personal installment loans ranging from $200 to $5,000, subject to approval and state regulations.

Interest Rates and APR

Annual Percentage Rates (APR) vary based on your creditworthiness, loan amount, and loan term. APRs typically range from 36% to 600%. All rates and fees will be clearly disclosed in your loan agreement before you sign.

Repayment

Loans are repaid through automatic ACH withdrawals from your bank account according to the payment schedule in your loan agreement. You may pay off your loan early without any prepayment penalties.

4. Fees and Charges

  • Late Payment Fee: $25 for payments that are 3 or more days late
  • NSF Fee: $25 for returned payments due to insufficient funds
  • Prepayment Penalty: None - you can pay off your loan early at no additional cost

All fees are disclosed in your loan agreement before you sign.

5. Credit Reporting

Little Lake Lending reports loan activity to major credit bureaus including Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion. Making on-time payments can help improve your credit score, while late or missed payments may negatively impact your credit.

6. Use of Website

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

  • Use the website in any way that violates applicable laws
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Transmit any malicious code or software
  • Interfere with the proper working of the website
  • Provide false or misleading information

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Little Lake Lending and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our website and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Little Lake Lending shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

10. Tribal Sovereignty

Little Lake Lending operates under the jurisdiction of the Big Valley Band of Pomo Indians of the Big Valley Rancheria. As a tribal entity, certain state laws may not apply to our lending operations. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with tribal law and applicable federal law.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You agree to waive your right to participate in a class action lawsuit.

12. Electronic Communications Consent (E-Consent)

By using our services, you consent to receive all communications, agreements, documents, notices, and disclosures electronically. This E-Consent applies to:

  • Loan agreements and promissory notes
  • Truth in Lending disclosures
  • Privacy policies and notices
  • Payment confirmations and reminders
  • Account statements and transaction history
  • Any amendments to the above documents
  • All other communications related to your loan

Hardware and Software Requirements

To access and retain electronic communications, you will need:

  • A computer or mobile device with Internet access
  • A current web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge)
  • A valid email address
  • Sufficient storage space or a printer to save or print communications
  • PDF reader software (such as Adobe Reader)

Withdrawing Consent

You may withdraw your consent to receive electronic communications at any time by contacting us at support@littlelakelending.com. However, withdrawing consent may result in termination of your access to our services, and you may be required to pay any outstanding balance on your loan. If you withdraw consent, we will send paper copies to your last known mailing address.

Updating Contact Information

You agree to keep your email address and other contact information current. To update your information, log into your account or contact customer support.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
